The Arab Experts Firm for International Arbitration, Legal Consultations and Advocates, were established in the year 2006, in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai Emirate) to provide all the diverse legal specializations towards companies, organizations, banking services and production sectors based in the Arab Gulf region enterprising with LOOTAH Firm for Legal Consultations and Advocates.

In completion of the firm’s expansion structure, London branch was inaugurated in the year 2008, in partnership with LOOTAH Firm for Legal Consultations and Advocates, to assist Arab companies and organizations, which have activities in England and the European Union.  

Subsequently, AREX expansion model inaugurated in the year 2010 Cairo branch to be the main firm entity in the Arab Republic of Egypt to cover companies’ requirements towards Arab countries and the Middle East.

According to the aforementioned demonstration, the firm succeeded in finalizing a large number of litigations, conflicts, international arbitrations cases, intellectual property cases, electronic crimes and other diverse activities which were raised by organizations and companies and as an example the litigation over the property of lands relating to JW Marriott Dubai.

The economic globalization conditions were imposed on several international companies even the regional ones crossed the regional boundaries entering the international markets in foreign countries in Conformity with the conditions and international changes that enable them from offering and marketing their products in these countries in a better way.
